My name is Mrs. McWilliam and I am the ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher at Lalor Elementary School. This is my second year at Lalor, but my 8th year as a teacher.  Before I became an ESL teacher I taught 3rd grade for 5 years.  As an ESL teacher, I have the privilege of working with students in grades k-5 in a small group setting.  I work with the students on developing their English skills through focused instruction on listening, speaking, reading and writing.  My goal is to establish a learning environment where students feel comfortable to take risks as learners!  I love hearing from my students and their families so feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have!  kmcwilliam@hamilton.k12.nj.us    :)
