**Last Thursday, March 12, 2020, a green folder was sent home with packets for 10 days of Remote Learning work. If you have ANY questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via Remind or email. I am here and would love to help. Your child can email me too, just to say hi or talk about his/her day. Their usernames and passwords are on the front page of their Student Planner. We were working on this skill and I'd love to hear from them!**

Welcome to my All About Teacher page! I am excited to bring all of my previous experiences in special education to Steinert's Autism Program, again this year. I have worked for 16 years with students with autism in a special needs, self contained, public school district. I worked as a Teacher for Students with Disabilities, for children ages 5-18. I taught this population of students in academics, social/communication/language skills, behavioral skills, as well as Community-Based Instruction/Life Skills. In 2014, I completed 6 Post-Master’s courses from Rutgers University in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2007, I received my Masters in Special Education, from Kean University and in 2003, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education/ Psychology from Rider University. I use differentiated instruction and modifications/accommodations to help each individual in my classes, progress and succeed. I am enthusiastic to take what I learned throughout my education and specialized training, and apply it on a daily basis, in order to meet the needs of all of my Steinert students.
