Last week Comets were asked about the feeling "excited." Here are some things that Kisthardt students said they get excited about:
- Waking up and going to school
- Trying something new
- Doing well on school work
- Birthdays and holidays
- Speech class
- Basketball tournament
In response to the question "Is it good or bad to be excited?" 67% of students said GOOD and 33% of students said THIS IS A TRICK QUESTION BC EMOTIONS ARE NEITHER GOOD OR BAD.
The correct answer: It was a trick question!
Even though feeling excited often feels good, it can also feel uncomfortable. Also, we might handle it in a way that might not be good, like letting it distract us or do something unsafe.
