Mrs. Renee Rogers

Renee Rogers (MLIS, MPH) is in her 9th year as the librarian at Steinert High School in Hamilton Township.  Mrs. Rogers is a vocal advocate for school libraries and educational technology, serving on several building and district-level technology committees. She has written for School Library Monthly, and presented conference sessions and webinars for her colleages in Hamilton Township, as well as for her state and national organizations (NJASL, AASL, and ISTE).  Mrs. Rogers was named Steinert High School's 2013-2014 Teacher of the Year.  At the NJASL 2014 Fall Conference, Mrs. Rogers had the honor of receiving two awards:  the ISTE Making IT Happen award, for advancing instruction in educational technology, and NJASL’s Outstanding Media Specialist of the Year. Renee currently serves on several NJASL committees, and represents the school district on the Hamiton Township Public Library Board of Trustees.
