Welcome Artists!

My name is Miss Parlow.  I am the art teacher at Kisthardt and Kuser Elementary Schools.  This is my first year teaching art and I am so excited to be apart of the creativity at Kisthardt and Kuser!

Back in 2013, I graduated from The College of New Jersey.  I studied Art Education and Psychology.  After I received my undergraduate degree, I moved down to Baltimore City, Maryland, where I taught Special Education in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 6th.  During this time, I received my Masterś Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Special Education.  After 4 years, I decided to move back up to New Jersey and teach art!

During my free time, I enjoy running, swimming, drawing, painting, and printmaking. I thoroughly enjoy traveling.  In the past few years, I have been to Costa Rico, Mexico, Portugal, and Italy!   

I am absolutely thrilled to be apart of Hamilton Township School District and I look forward to working with all students at Kisthardt and Kuser!
