     Welcome to Mrs. Bucchianico's  Art Class

    I am looking forward to a fun and creative year. I teach 6th, 7th and 8th grade classes, where we create a mix of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional Art. We will be working with materials such as acrylic/watercolor paint, plaster, wire, colored pencil/marker, tissue paper and more...Check out the images in the gallery to view some of the art you will be creating this year.

    District Grading Protocol:

    Summative Assessment 50% (Projects and detailed artwork-Critiques/Rubrics)

    Formative Assessment 40% (Journal Assignments/exit tickets/less detailed artwork)

    Individual Assessment 10% (being on task/participation)
